As part of our agreement with Equibase, we are licensed only to provide data to customers who use that data for their personal use. Please remember that as part of that agreement, to which you have already agreed, you may not use the program or any data you receive from Post Time Solutions Inc. for any commercial use. You may not create derivative works from the software or the data. Such derivative works shall include, but shall not be limited to, copies of the printed output of the software, selections or selection services, odds lines for races, race worksheets, or other derivative products or services offered for sale.
